Our goal is to provide the best products and service at the lowest possible price. We take this objective very seriously, and we invite you to compare our product and prices. All our products are manufactured and/or printed in our own facility in the USA.

Purchase Order Requirements

Purchase Order Checklist Avoid production delays, make sure your order is complete. To begin production, we need ALL of the following:

  • Correct Style # & Quantity
  • Product Color & Imprint Color
  • Correct Pricing and Set-up Charges.
  • Usable artwork and layout.
  • Hard Copy of Artwork / Composite Image.
  • Confirmed Ship-to Address & Shipping Method.
  • Requested Ship Date & In Hands Date
  • Contact Name, Phone and Fax Numbers, E-mail Address
  • Approved Credit or Prepayment.
  • Approved Paper Proof or Product Proof.

FAXED ORDERS will be considered originals. Fax transmissions cannot be used as camera ready art.

E-MAIL ORDERS must include company name, PO#, and contact information and must be confirmed by phone or fax, including fax copy of artwork layout.

REPEAT ORDERS Reorders must specify previous invoice #, date, PO#, style #, color and imprint color. Exact product color as previous order cannot be guaranteed. Orders more than 3 years old will require a new screen charge and must be accompanied by new artwork.

Reorder Set-Up: $15 (v) / color / location Reorder copy must remain EXACTLY the same. Do not specify re-order if there is a copy or product change.

PAPER PROOFS Paper proof or 1 color e-mail proofs are available on request within 2-3 days: Add $7.50 (v). Garyline will not automatically send a paper proof on every order. Paper proofs will be required on all orders over $500 at no charge. We will send a paper proof for orders with unclear layout or excess copy within 2-3 days on standard service, and we will charge $7.50 (v) plus any excess copy changes. Delays in approval or changes will delay order. Production time does not begin until we receive signed paper. Changes to paper proof will be charged $20 (v). E-MAIL COLOR PROOF $7.50(v) PRODUCTION PROOF $30-$50 (v) / color / set-up and PMS color matching charges. See individual product listings. Production proof adds 5 days to production time. Production proof is recommended on all large orders. CANCELLATIONS or CHANGES TO ORDER $40 (v) plus all costs incurred by factory up to notice of cancellation or change. This may include artwork, die charges, labels and any production costs. All cancellations and any changes to an order must be submitted in writing. back to top

CATALOG IMAGES All imprinted merchandise shown in the catalog is for illustration purposes and does not imply endorsement and/or availability for sale to anyone other than the owner of the logo / design. RANDOM SAMPLES There is NO CHARGE for random imprinted samples up to $5 / order. Please provide shipping account number for expedited shipping. 7 DAY STANDARD SERVICE Standard Service for most products is 7 working days. Orders specifying expected ship date or in hands date with less than 7 production days will be processed as rush service orders. Rush pricing will be confirmed by fax.

Rush Service 3 DAY RUSH SERVICE Available on more than 100 products. See price table on each product page for rush price. Order and Art Must be Received by 2:00pm EST /EDT. Production time will begin the next day or after paper proof approval.

Specials and co-op program program pricing do not apply to rush service orders. 1 DAY SPRINT SERVICE Available on more than 80 products. Add 25% to 3-Day Rush Price. Order must be clearly marked 1-Day Sprint Service and must be confirmed by telephone. Order and usable art must be received by 2pm Eastern Time to ship the next business day. No proof of any kind is available on 1-Day Service.

    • Rush & Sprint Service prices are for one color imprint only, standard ink colors. Multicolor imprints, halftones, additional location imprints and PMS matches will require an additional 1-3 working days.
    • Rush Orders Must Be Clearly Marked RUSH ORDER and must have the correct rush price.
    • Rush Service customers must have established credit and account must be current, otherwise we will require credit card prepayment including estimated freight charges.
    • Co-op pricing, discount coupons and advertised specials do not apply to rush service.
    • All Rush orders subject to inventory availability and factory acceptance based on our production schedule.

    PACKAGING ORDER QUANTITIES Most products are also available in multiples of 50 or in even case-pack quantities at no extra charge. CARTON BREAK CHARGE: Add $10 (v) / carton. Not available on sports bottles, flyers and polar ice scrapers which must be ordered in case-pack quantities.. SPECIAL PACKING Add $40 (v).  

    OVER or UNDER-RUNS
    Due to the difficulty of manufacturing exact quantities, we reserve the right to overrun or underrun by 5%. If no over-runs will be accepted, order must clearly specify "no over-runs." These orders are subject to a 5-7% under-run. EXACT QUANTITIES $40 (v) / order.

    LESS THAN MINIMUM Add $40 (v). One Color, One Location  Imprint Only. Not Available on Rush Service.  Not Available on Assorted Colors.

    HANDLING CHARGE All orders are subject to handling charges; $10 (v) / shipment on third party billing. 
    PALLETIZING All truck shipments will be palletized and shrink-wrapped. Handling charge is $11.00 (z) / pallet on third party billing or collect freight. 
    SHIPPING WEIGHTS are approximate. Garyline is not responsible for the difference in actual freight vs. quoted estimates. Air Freight / 3-Day Select charges are subject to dimensional weight regulations by individual carrier. Ground charges for oversized cartons 84" to 108" are calculated at 30 lbs. / carton. (Over 108" cartons are charged at 70 lbs. / carton). EVENT DATES - Unless specified, we reserve the right to select the best method of shipping, including overnight air service to meet the event date specified on your purchase order. We are not responsible for carrier delays. 

    EXPORT DOCUMENTATION

    SHIP-TO ADDRESS CHANGES Change of address after order has been confirmed will be charged $10 (z) to reprint labels. If cartons have already been labeled add $1.00 (z) / carton. 
    INCORRECT ADDRESSES and zip codes are subject to $10 (z) / carton charge-back which will be invoiced later. 
    RESIDENTIAL DELIVERIES
    If residential delivery is not specified, distributor is responsible for carrier chargebacks which will be invoiced later. 
    CLAIMS & RETURNS All shipments should be thoroughly checked upon arrival. Factory must be notified within 30 days of any defects, omissions or errors in manufacturing. Only authorized returns will be accepted. All shipments leave the factory in good condition after inspection. Claims for lost or damaged merchandise, or concealed damage should be filed with delivering carrier. Leave shipment intact and file claim immediately. Blank unassembled goods, 40% restocking charge. Blank assembled goods are not returnable except for product defect.

    Product Information 
    SCREEN CHARGE $50 (v) / color / location / item / copy change on all new orders.
    PRODUCT COLORS Product colors can vary slightly from one production run to the next. PMS numbers listed are not always an exact match. Color variations on imported items must be considered acceptable. If clarification of product is required, please request a free random sample. UNIMPRINTED ORDERS End quantity price - minimum $100. Unimprinted goods are packed differently, and must be ordered in factory case-pack increments.
    FUN FOAM & STRESS SHAPES are not classified as children's toys, they are intended as promotional items only. SUBSTITUTIONS Due to necessary changes and product improvements, we reserve the right to substitute products of similar pricing, value and style for those shown in the catalog. 
    INVENTORY AVAILABILITY Most products in this catalog can be manufactured in-house to meet your order requirements. we cannot guarantee inventory availability on imported products. 
    ASSORTED PRODUCT COLORS Up to 3-4 colors will be no additional charge.  Assorted colors will not be packed in exact quantity / color. Assorted colors within the same box will be packed in roughly equal quantities (+/- 10%): Add $.05 (v) unit.     Artwork Requirements

    The quality of your artwork determines the quality of the imprint

    Layout Please provide a detailed layout indicating imprint location, orientation, copy positioning, typeface, typestyle (caps, bold, italics, type size, etc.) If size and/or position are not specified, Garyline will use it's discretion. Any revisions will require a new paper proof $7.50(v).

    Straight Line / Curved Copy Up to 4 lines will be typeset at no additional charge. For curved copy add $20v. Customer is responsible for proofreading paper proof. Additional copy will require a minimum art charge of $10(v).

    Paper Proofs are available upon request - Add $7.50 (v).  A paper proof is required for more than 3 lines of text.  Changes will incur a $20(v) / change charge.

    ACCEPTABLE PROGRAMS AND REQUIREMENTS

    • ILLUSTRATOR: "Create outlines" on all fonts. All placed images must be included in b&w and created at a minimum of 600dpi. Placed images in color are unacceptable. .Ai and .eps are acceptable file formats.
    • PHOTOSHOP: B&W raster art must be created at a minimum of 600dpi. Scanned halftones are unacceptable. Multicolor raster art is not recommended but will only be accepted if sent color separated and created at a minimum of 600dpi. .Tiff and .eps are acceptable file formats.
    • FREEHAND: All fonts must "convert to paths". All placed images must be included in b&w and created at a minimum of 600dpi. Placed images in color are unacceptable. .Eps is the acceptable file format.
    • COREL DRAW: Change all fonts to curves. All placed images must be included in b&w and created at a minimum of 600dpi. Placed images in color are unacceptable. .Ai and .EPS are the acceptable file formats.

    The preferred format is Adobe Illustrator eps. No page layout programs such as MS Word. File formats such as .doc, .pub, .vcf, .exe and .dat are unacceptable.

     

    Camera Ready Art We require a high quality black and white original, printed at a minimum of 600 dpi, must be 100% of the actual imprint size. Art must have crisp, sharp edges and needs no further touch up. We cannot use pre-screened / pre-tinted artwork or halftones. Some thin lines, small copy and reverses may not reproduce as submitted and may need to be altered to imprint clearly.

    • Must meet all the requirements for digital artwork files.
    • File sizes over 5MB must be compressed using Stuffit, Winzip or Zipit.
    • Must include distributor company name, phone number and purchase order number.
    • Must include product name, product color, and imprint color.

    FTP Artwork Uploads

    • Go to www.garyline.com
    • Click "Upload Artwork" and follow the instructions.
    • Must meet all the requirements for digital artwork files.

    Multicolor Imprints All multi-color imprints must be provided as digital, vector, color-separated with composite or incur a $50z art charge. Industry standard is 1/16" movement in any direction. FunFoam products allow 1/8 movement. Multi-color imprint is one side only on cups, mugs and bottles.  Minimum quantity for 3-4 color silkscreen imprint is listed on each product page.

    4-Color Process We can digitally print some products at 600 x 600dpi.  Supply art digitally, in vector format or at 600 dpi in .tiff or .eps format. PMS color match cannot be guaranteed on process printing. Image colors will vary slightly during production runs and on repeat orders.

    Artwork Charges Factory reserves the right to determine acceptable art which may vary according to product. Artwork submitted in vector format is recommended. Distributor will be notified if art is unacceptable. Art Dept. time for Excessive Type Setting, Color Separations and Color Trapping is billed at $50z / hour. Recreations are charged at $15(v).  Changes to paper proofs $20v.

    Half-tones - are printed at 55 lpi.  Halftone range is from 30% to 55%.  Gradienst are available as aone color fade and must be 30% to 55% range.  At this linescreen dots are visible and may appear coarse or grainy.   Line screens may vary per production requirements.  Halftones must be sent as digital files created at 600dpi or in vector format. Placed images are not acceptable. Not available on all items. Half-tone charge $.05v - $.10 v additional running charge / unit on silkscreened items.

    Tapered Products - Imprint may distort on tapered products such as cups, mugs, megaphones, funnels and TXB36.

    Artwork Transfers - artwork cannot be transferred from one distributor to another without written permission from the original distributor or owner of the original artwork.

    Embroidery Tape Editing - $25(v) Maximum reduction or enlargement of supplied tape cannot exceed 20% of original.

    Artwork Returns - Artwork will not be returned unless requested in writing and invoice is paid. Distributor is responsible for shipping cost.

    Use of Logos - The Purchaser must indemnify Garyline of any liability arising out of or relating to any actual or alleged infringement of trademark, copyright, service mark etc.

    Union Logo - Our UNITE logo is available on request on all USA made products.  Several products including YO1, BC4, BC6 and MC22M are made in both our USA and China factories.  We will only use USA product if a union logo is requested.

    Standard Imprint Colors Click Here

    STANDARD IMPRINT COLORS are approximate and will vary on colored backgrounds and will appear lighter on clear and frost colored products.

    PMS MATCH CHARGE $50 (v) / color for pad printed and silkscreened products. PMS color will be matched as closely as possible but cannot be guaranteed. PMS colors are based on white backgrounds and will be different on colored or clear backgrounds. PMS color match charge applies for exact reorders. Exact match to previous order cannot be guaranteed. NOTE: PMS color matching is not available for hot stamping or fun foam silkscreening.

    HOT STAMP IMPRINT cannot be guaranteed against rubbing off.

    IMPRINT METHOD Factory reserves the right to choose the method of imprinting best suited to the order.
